Tim right from meeting him he was hand shake and good to meet you. He was on the roof himself explaining what he sees and what has to be done . Honesty hands on helpful with anything we needed to know. His quote was what he needed and was prepared with extra just in case. No fuss no add one he was there on the site. The crew was very organized and they worked .
